Refund Policy

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY:

No products on our website can be returned or exchanged as each item is duly examined prior to dispatch by our experienced staff for quality control or any signs of damage. We shall also NOT be able to entertain any change of mind regarding your order.


LOST/DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS

Once the order is picked up by the courier nominated by the customer at the time of checkout, we do not take responsibility for any goods lost/stolen/damaged/wrong address delivery. This ensures your parcel is trackable all of the way.


OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

All products on our website are inventory controlled. We have made every effort to ensure that our system does not accept any order above the stock level held by our distribution centre.

In case of any error, if any ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email/phone. Refund or credit will be generated against your account.


REFUNDS

Any refund request will be assessed and processed on a case by case basis.
